Your price will stay the same for as long as you are continuously renting the parcel and pay the rent on time!

All ADULT rental land listed below is free to buy! The land purchase price is a deposit which will be refunded to you should you vacate, as long as your tier is current when you leave.
Why a deposit? We are one of the few SL landlords that offer a seven day grace period on the rent. Most will kick you out and return your objects if more than 48 hours late.
No premium account is required to rent from us. You will need at least a premium SL account to purchase any mainland parcels that we get for sale from time to time.

Yes! We a llow ban lines! Many other SL landlords do not on small parcels, only full sims.

All of our Blood Manor parcels have 20% more prims than a standard SL parcel.
Our Isle of Torment parcels have more prims per square meter as IOT is an enhanced 30,000 prim region.
Our ADULT parcels on Blood Manor and Isle of Torment are not zoned (Think of Houston, TX). You can use your land on these full sims for commercial or residential purposes, subject to the restrictions listed in the covenant.
